Hi. I want to modify any URLs that a customer sends in via chat so that they are not clickable by an agent within WDE (eg. alter the "http/https", or the "www" parts - eg. replace with "w-w-w"). Looking at the options for chat "transcript-cleanup" (
https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/Options/latest/ES/ChatServer-transcript-cleanup), if I set the "apply-config" setting to "cfg" ("uses Chat Server hardcoded rules"), where do I specify the Chat Server hardcoded rules? (assume these would be regular expressions written somewhere?). Also, I want this to be just one way - agents should still be able to send customers URLs.
