    Genesys Customer Care is pleased to announce the latest release of the Log File Management Tool (LFMT), 8.5.103.

    LFMT 8.5.103 now supports the OpenJDK Java environment.

    LFMT 8.5.103 contains the following components:

    • LFMT Client 8.5.103.03
    • LFMT Collector 8.5.103.03
    • LFMT Indexer 8.5.103.03
    • Workbench Agent 8.5.103.05
