    Hello

I have few questions on Genesys Customer Experience Insights (GCXI).

    Licensing :

    1. How is GCXI Licensed, Share a document which can be referenced.
    2. If i need to install GCXI in Docker Compose, What are the licenses required ?
    3. If i need to install GCXI in Docker and Kubernetes, What are the licenses required ?

    Software Download :

    4. I tried downloading IP_CustExpInsights_9001500b1_ENU_linux.tar.gz from support site, but i dont find gcxi.tar.gz and gcxi_postgres.tar.gz in the installation packageHow to get complete download.

    Installation :

    5.  I would like to install GCXI for demo environment and i am referring https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/GCXIDockerInstallDemo
but i the link has GCXI installation procedure for Windows only,  GCXI installation procedure in Linux is not available.
Above document has a embedded link to install Docker https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/centos/ only.

    Hi Mohammed Anees;

It looks like the release of the software you mention below has been withdrawn, and a new release is available as of June 29th.  Please see docs.genesys.com for information about the latest release: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/RN/9.0.x/gcxi90rn/gcxi9001501

    For your questions:

    1. For information about purchasing / licenses for Genesys software, please contact Genesys Customer Care customercare@genesys.com
    2. Docker Compose: For deployment, there's no steps pertaining to licenses. Follow the installation steps on https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/GCXIDockerInstallDemo
    3. Docker and Kubernetes: For deployment, there's no steps pertaining to licenses during initial deployment, follow the steps on https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/DockerInstall. If your MicroStrategy license has expired (which it does after one year, if you have not installed any updates), there is a procedure on https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/GCXIInstallProd to refresh the MicroStrategy license.
    4. There are several Installation Packages, but I think you have downloaded only one of them. See the table 'Installation packages for GCXI' at the top of the page: https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/GCXIInstallProd  Note that, in some releases, the names of the tar.gz files differ from the expected names.  There are steps to rename them (see the table 'Renaming the images') on https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/GCXIInstallProd. Similar steps appear on https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/GCXIDockerInstallDemo, for Docker Compose deployments.
    5. Thanks for this input; the instructions on  https://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/GCXI/9.0.0/Dep/GCXIDockerInstallDemo are an example, and do not attempt to explain every scenario.  I'll explore the possibility of adding more information for Linux going forward; for the moment, I understand the steps to deploy on Linux or Mac is very similar to a Windows deployment, with the notable exception that you would need to refer to the Docker instructions for CentOS: https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/centos/ or Mac.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help with,
