Dear All,
I looking for some insights, if some one has knowledge on experience of using WWE on mobile devices (mobile browser). Kindly note that I am not referring to GWT from Ideal systems (Mobile office) or any other custom toolbar using Genesys Agent desktop SDK.
I want to use WWE on the mobile browser on Android or iPhones. I have following questions:
1. Is it possible to use WWE on mobile browser?
2. If yes, are all the functional capabilities deployed as part of the solution, available on mobile browser as well? What are the limitations, if any?
If the answer for above is no, is there any way WWE can be made mobiel browser compatible with minimum customization?
Community help on this highly solicited and look forward to some help regarding the above.
