How to create std response with bold letters

  • 1.  How to create std response with bold letters

    Hi

    Im trying to create a std response with bold letters.I have used the bold option in HTML section of std responses creation section in GAX.
    But the bold letters are not being displayed to the chatter/User/Customer.

    When I use the rendercode field in the html section i can see the bold letters .How can fix this so that the chatter can see the bold letters.
