WFM Primary/secondary activities

    Hi There,

    In the Genesys WFM for skill status, we do have 3 options.

    1. Primary (Primary activity)
    2. Secondary (secondary Activity)
    0. Disabled

    Is it possible to include tertiary Activity? because in our routing logic we have 3 levels of overflow skillset target and hence I would like to know if it is possible to include the tertiary activity.
