How to get the chat transcript with Workspace

    ​​I am working on a project that requires me customize Workspace to capture the chat transcript when a chat interaction is mark done and send the text portion to another system. What is the best command for me to capture the mark done? Also what is the API or command to get the chat transcript somewhere in the WDE?

    ​Is BundleClose, Close command a good place to trap the Chat interaction close.
    I can get the InteractionChat object from that command.  However, I still can't find the chat transcript/messages.  HELP!!!!
