Email From field contains two mailboxes

  • 1.  Email From field contains two mailboxes

    Dear Community,

    our customer is complaining because sometimes, in an inbound email with previous interactions, the From field contains two mailboxes,
    the mailbox of current sender in brackets, and the mailbox of first original sender.
    It happens with WDE 8.5, but it was not happening with IWS 8.1.

    Do you know how I can do to show only the mailbox of current sender?
