  • 1.  Unable to create interaction in ORS for routing

    Hi

    We want to install ORS without Cassandra.
    On starting ORS and putting a call we are seeing that node is not responsible and session is not created.

    Any hints to get this working and have ORS routing.

    Have you configured your ORS cluster and only included the ORS instances in that cluster that are actually started?  ORS wont check to see if the other nodes are running, so if they arent, you need to remove them from the cluster so the other nodes will take responsibility.

    OK, but you have configured the ORS Transaction List?  This is required even if your running a single instance.
    A few other basics:
    • Have you set URS Application Option default\strategy = ORS?
    • You do have an SCXML Strategy loaded on the RP?  I know should be a given, just checking :)

    Otherwise if there are some logs you can share?

    In the Transaction list configuration I need to enter the values under Cluster section.

     

    Option is the name of ORS application and value has to be data center name.. In my case if I want to have ORS work without Cassandra should I give the system-id or anything else there.

    Thanks for the tip it is working now..

    I had to install it using Enhanced cluster configuration mode which made the –cluster added in the command line.
