  • 1.  In Genesys Care Workbench, Channel Monitoring, I can't save call flows

    Hello.
In Genesys Care Workbench, Channel Monitoring, I can't save call flows.
I am able to create a flow, but when I try to save it, it just disappears.

Has anybody had problems with Workbench?

It is hard to work with Workbench, There is almost no documentation, nothing in the knowledge base.
I don't even know whether I can open a support case.

    I will appreciate any help.
    Thanks
    Gonzalo

    Hello Alexandre.
My problem was I was missing IP addresses in destinantion and Caller User:

    Destination
    Required Format: "DN@ipaddress"
    Caller User
    Required Format: "DN@ipaddress"

    I hope this is helpful.
    regards.

I'm not sure and can't test because my Workbench Server is down.. but you can try with this elements :

I Think your destination is a routing point DN with the SipServer IP
and the caller user is an test Extension declared  with the SipServer IP

    Thanks Alexandre.
When I added the ip addresses the problem was solved.
It has been working fine since then.

    regards.
