  • 1.  Pulse 9.0 Not starting Up

    Team,

    We are setting up the pulse application 9.0. After configuration and installation of the pulse application. We tried to startup the pulse application in SCI. But it is not able to startup. It shows the status as start pending and gets stopped.

    In the pulse collector log, we get the following error.
    DB Poller: pulse application id could not be discovered for cfg server application DBID(500). Database will not be polled.


    In the Pulse service log, We have got the following error.

    Error: Cannot find method <stopwinservice> in class: GaxMain

    Hereby i request you to please provide your valuable suggestions to start the pulse application.

    Team,

    I have solved the problem, By recreating the DAP. And stopped the pulse collector. 
    Then started the genesys pulse instance first. It gets started and then i started the pulse collector.

    But one issue is that, we are getting errors in the pulse log. Please give your valuable suggestion in this
    Error creating bean with name redirect binding.
    Did you specify the correct bean references or arguments?

    Looking forward for your valuable suggestion in this errors. To solve the errors starting with beans.

    But the pulse application gets loaded, we can able to create the widgets...

    The issues were solved .After restarted the pulse application. No such error message appears.
