    ​Hello, Official EOL statements for CCAnalyzer (SAP.BO + Crystal)  and Interactive Insights (SAP.BO + Webi) force us now to deploy reporting based on the new Genesys CX & Microstrategy Portal approach.
    First we found documents regarding the CentOS & Docker integration model but by looking at the support software download portal we discover that now a the latest installation package is just for Windows...


    And Genesys components just for Docker Linux:

    We struggle to find an over/architecture  which shows the CX Architecture with Genesys Docker & Microstrategy components.
