    Are you referring to the communication between Genesys Widgets and the GMS endpoint?

    It's the responsibility of the Web Application Server environment.  So if your using Tomcat, you'll need to do something like this: https://dzone.com/articles/setting-ssl-tomcat-5-minutes

    It should be noted that WebAPI for eServices is pretty much deprecated though so depending on where you are on your journey, maybe time to look at GMS?
