    Dear Experts , 

    Since a month reporting data's are not updating to GIM database , i am not able get any report for these period through  GI2 BI tool . your kind input will help to resolve this

    Hi Ibrahim,

    Please open a case with Care so we could check gim_etl logs on what is the reason for delay

    i have no active support for this

    Noufal,

    • What version if ICON are you using?
    • What version of GIM are you using?
    • What are the expiration parameters around your ICON instance for CORE_VOICE?
    It looks like your ETL job doesn't like something that's in the GIM Database while it's trying to do transforms in your TMP_IRF_V table.

    If you're not getting your data into the system now, you could try flushing your GIDB tables.  Or restore from a backup taken prior to your impairment.  However, I would suggest that you follow Sergii's advice and open a case with Care.  If you do not have support on your product, it's all best effort and it seems likely you'll lose call data.
