  • 1.  GIA Bot & Timeout on No Input

    Am evaluating using GIA as a Bot (ChatPersona) and whilst having some success with Rich Media etc. one thing I have not found a way to solve is handling no input from the end-user.

    What I would like to be able to do is re-prompt if there has been no response from the user for a period of time e.g. 30 seconds and if there is still no input, move the chat on to something else.

    I know there are inactivity timeouts in Chat Server, but that basically ends the chat whereas I would like to build something into the GIA call flow.

    Not of the existing timeouts appear to have any effect.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
