  • 1.  How to measure/monitor GMS metrics

    Hello,

    Thank you in advance for the information.
    Just want to know if there is a way to monitor/measure GMS metrics on Chat API V2. Our customer is trying to monitor how long the GMS is taking to create a Chat session.

    So are you trying to determine if there is a latency between the time that GMS receives the REST request to create a chat session and when Chat Server creates that session?  That should be almost instantaneous.  I don't know if there is a way to track except to look though log files and compare timestamps between when GMS gets the request and when that session shows up in the Chat Server logs.

    We did that using a performance test based on JMeter and measuring time at the customer endpoint.
