Hi,
How can we handle logout sessions for Social Media Interactions, as agents can not log out during voice calls and can handle through TServer Section "agent-emu-login-on-call" so similarly can we handle this for Digital Channels (e.g Email specifically).
Note: Please don't share inactivity logout Options.
