  • 1.  Attaching interation data in a composer workflow

    I am trying to get around an issue with the WDE not updating the LCA_EmpID_email. I want to assign the value of attr_itx_assigned_to to a variable so I can do a UCS update in composer that updates the UCS. The reason that I need the LCA_EmpID_email is for QA rejected emails. I need to make sure that it goes back to the last agent that handled the email. 

    Thanks for any suggestions you can provide.

    We route rejected QAReview emails based on:"varEmployeeUN = getuData('OriginalAgentUserName', system.InteractionID);"
    Or you can use OriginalAgentUserId as well.
