  • 1.  Not able to Accept Chat in WDE

    Hi All,

    I have a problem in Accepting a chat in WDE.  When the Accept / Reject window appears, nothing happens when you click Accept.

    I see the below error in the logs. Has anyone see this error? Any help?

    19-12-17 22:03:26.857 [ 4] ERROR teractionChatCommand - InteractionChatAcceptCommand Accept, Exception [InteractionChat: Id000/00003aEYJ4TY000Y]
    System.UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The hostname could not be parsed.
    at System.Uri.CreateThis(String uri, Boolean dontEscape, UriKind uriKind)
    at System.Uri..ctor(String uriString)

    Chat Server is present in the connects tab of WDE. Chat Server details are also present in the WDE logs.

    The Chat Server application name is present in the EventInvite details but not the hostname and port no.

    Hi Jorge,

    I was able to resolve this. 
    Interaction Server was not able to send the Chat Server host and port details in the EventInvite which caused WDE to throw this exception.
