Team,
For the virtual queues in pulse, The above configuration mentioned is working, By removing the filters.
For interaction queue, In the email queue template, the stats are populating for only email media. And stat also configured in the email_queue template are ending with the email.
So can you please provide suggestion to use which stat or template for chat media in pulse application, Or can we use open media stat which does not contain filters(email or chat) for populating both email and chat media in the pulse application.

We have found the solutions for this concern.
We need to add the pulse stat server to the connections of the interaction server. --> For IQ values, getting values populated in the pulse application
And for VQ values to get populated for all media in pulse application.
QueueKPI templates contain voice filter for all statistics , so vq were not getting populated. So when we remove the voice filter.
The Queues were working in all media.

We had made test email calls. The interaction queue values and virtual queues values were getting updated correctly in ccpulse. But in pulse application only agent statistics were getting only populated. All other statistics were showing as zero. We add the java extension and java configuration in the statserver application.
kindly please suggest your ideas for this issue.
And i noticed that when i restarted the statserver application, and logged in to the pulse application. Only in the email queue view, this warning message appears, No connection to the statserver application.
