    Hi Community ,

    Can any one help me to understand , how does " Actual Number of Agents ' is calculated when I run WorkForce Performance Report in WFM . 

    The option " Show actual headcount " is set to True in our Genesys Administrator but we are getting decimal values for this option in report. 

    EX; 1.47 , 11.27 , and so on … 

    I have attached the report for further reference .

    Hi Vishali,

    The number is The actual number of agents working on an activity during each timestep. This value may be a fraction because an agent may work on the activity for only part of a timestep.
