    Hello,

    Appreciate your help on this. We have a customer inquiry the error "HTTP 500". Their setup is like this communication goes from the Genesys Widget to Microsoft Azure then hits a GTM, then the firewall and goes to GMS from there.  There is a 500 error that is being created by Azure and sent back to client side.  The communication then picks back up and continues, so the chat is still going, the customer just get a 'connection lost' message on their chat session and then it reconnects.

    We would like to know is there anything that can be done on the Widget side so that if you get a 500 error and you send the retry, don't display a message to the customer, just move on.
