¿Can you share the detailed view of INVITE and ACK SDP message?
¿Also share a little more info? ¿Is it a new deploy? ¿which is each endpoint (rm, sipserver,mcp,agent,recorder, etc)? ¿call flow?¿it happen always? ¿new carrier or old one? etc, etc.
As far I known, on SIP signaling, CN could be "Comfort Noise", could be an endpoint set to make use of it. More info:
