Unable to send a new email out or reply to an incoming email.

    We are using OAuth2.0 which supports only SMTP protocol and we are able to receive an incoming email interaction but some how we are not able to respond to that email. 
    Also, Auto Ack, or new outbound email is not working.. only incoming emails are working fine..

    Any thoughts??
