    Genesys Web Service and Applications (which is what WWE is) also provides all the APIs to build your own if you were so inclined.

    To provide an answer we'd need to understand more about your current environment:

    Premise or Cloud?
    What PureEngage version(s) are you on (v8.1, v8.5)?
    Do you have Workspace Web Edition (WWE) installed today?
    What doesn't WWE do today that is making you think of building your own?

    Please let me know the answer to those questions and I'll be able to give you a detailed answer of how to get started.
