Is there anyway in GAX or another tool to schedule Skill changes for agents.  We have admins that want to move some agents to different skills during the day, but have them scheduled to move back for the next day.  any thoughts appreciated.

I don't know of any built-in scheduling capabilities for any Config changes in Genesys.  However, we have a few vendors in our AppFoundry marketplace that do offer abilities like that:
