WE initially had trouble because of our load balancing flipping between instances which would log people out randomly. Hi there!
We've just implemented Pulse and faced an issue - sometimes it's logged out to login page. Hence launched wallboard stops and welcome login page is displayed.
It doesn't seem like a session timeout as it happens in different periods - sometimes in couple of hours, sometimes in a day or even more.
Have anybody faced same issue?
What I assume can be done:
- resolve the issues itself (maybe there is some fix known?)
- put selected wallboard to unathorized zone so that it doesn't ask to login (is it possible?)
Any ideas?
