    Hi,

    I have checked the last available PureCloud Roadmap from Nov 2019 and the Ideas portal for WFM ideas In Development or Accepted status'.

    I understand there are a lot of developments planned for WFM in PureCloud, but would it be possible to get an insight in to what the main features and changes will be? Or what ones may be planned for 2019?

    Particularly around the:
    - Time Off requests
    - Multi week forecasting
    - Multi week scheduling
    - Uploading of historical data

    The above are just some of the topics we are looking into creating custom developments for, but it would be helpful to know if there are features releases planned for this year.
