  • 1.  Meeting Scheduler - Offline time by Team

    Has anyone discovered a way to use meeting scheduler to schedule offline time per teams in a department/activity and also not to overlap single sessions?

    • Schedule by team - Book group sessions/meetings as a team together without selecting each individual team. Is there anyway for Genesys to identify this?
    • Single Sessions - Book individual sessions such as 121 sessions but specify not to overlap as it is the same team leader hosting the 121?
    Suggestions welcome.
