  • 1.  Year to Date Historical Adherence?

    Is it possible to get the year to date (YTD) historical adherence for a management unit?  I know you have the option to run the historical adherence for a day, week, month and custom date range.  I am being told that we were able to previously run the custom date range for YTD stats, but now when we run it we are limited to a 30 day window. Was this recently changed, or were we never able to run the custom date range for a period larger than 30 days?  

    I did find out that we were not able to see the YTD previously so I crossed that out of my original post.  Does anyone know of a way to get the YTD data out of Genesys?  If it is not possible at this time, is it on the road map?

    Hi Jason, 

    at the moment you can only retrieve 31 days of data at a time. We are looking at expanding this as part of the general performance improvements of the Adherence Service.
