We have released the feature in Genesys Cloud to enable the download of an individual non-voice interaction recordings.
With this feature, users with appropriate access rights (i.e. quality administrator, evaluator, or supervisor) can download an individual non-voice interaction recorded in Genesys Cloud in the specified format. If you are in a region where recording non-voice interactions is mandatory, you can download emails, chat, and message interactions to share with clients or regulatory authorities.
