    Hello Community Members,​

    Today we are happy to announce the availability of several new dialects and languages for voice transcription in Genesys Cloud.  These include:​

    • France French (fr-FR)​
    • Canadian French (fr-CA)​
    • South African English (en-ZA)​
    • Indian English (en-IN)​
    • Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR)​
    • Spain Spanish (es-ES)​
    • German (de-DE)​
    • Italian (it-IT)​​
