Hello everyone,

Wanting to reach out to the community to see how people are managing overtime in Genesys Cloud. 

I have a couple of customers who have moved from Genesys Engage where they were able to use the automated methods to estimate overtime required and then offer out. 

Its been quite a bitter pill to swallow not having this available on GC. Just looking to see how people are managing this in GC?

thanks for starting this thread it is an interesting topic and 1 that has come a few times in the last couple of weeks.

As well as others feedback, which is invaluable to the Genesys team, I'd ask that community members that a look at the Ideas portal and vote of Overtime suggestions.
