    What's the best way to improve? That's a tough question. It varies from person to person. However, it's a well-known fact that having visibility into your progress helps keep you motivated and focused on your ultimate goal. This is where leaderboards come in, giving agents and management insight into their progress, areas of improvement and more. Additionally, it spurs healthy competition amongst agents by allowing them to compete for a top spot on a leaderboard or go even further and challenge each other to boost camaraderie and drive engagement across the board. Genesys nGAGEMENT allows organizations to harness those intrinsic motivations to spur higher performance, continued improvement and empower agents to drive their own development.
