Hello community members!We are getting set to launch the beta for the new Topic Spotting functionality in Genesys Cloud Speech Analytics and are looking for customers to join the beta.With this feature, you'll be to:
- Detect when specific business level intents (i.e. Topics) occur during conversations based a configured set of phrases
- At a glance, see when Topics were detected in the Interactions Detail view
- Customize these Topics based on your business specific needs / language
Topic Spotting brings a new level of insight into how interactions are being handled.Pre-requisites:
- A GC3 level Org
- Voice transcription enabled
- Have US English Contact Center Agents (i.e. in us-west or us-east)
