    Attention Genesys Cloud Voice Transcription Users,

    We are looking for customers or partners who are using Genesys Cloud Voice Transcription and are interested in building applications that require the ability to subscribe to transcripts while a voice interaction is ongoing.

    We are planning to Beta this capability soon, and are looking to work closely with potential users / application developers to get feedback on the upcoming capability.

    If you are interested in being part of this Beta please reach out to rakesh.tailor@genesys.com.

    To qualify you must be:

    • A GC3 level Customer
    • Use Genesys Cloud Voice Transcription
    • Familiar with the Notifications API
