We launch flexible shifts schedules in our current environment with the limit +/- 3 hours start time. Unfortunately, when building work schedules for the next 30 days, the agents are assigned all the same start time (i.e 8 am-430 pm). The contract synchronization start time flexibility is set to 3.00, and rotating pattern availability is to follow shift time. Any experts out there that can help with this issue would be appreciated.
