  • 1.  Different Time-Off Limits displayed for the same day, when changing the View from Month to Year

    Hello

    We work with the Time-Off limits for Activitys to control the Holiday related Absences.
    In the WFM Menu "Home - Kalender - Time-Off Limits " you can see an overview of the TimeOff Limits and compare it with the Actuals.
    Under Period it is possible to choose Day, Month and Year.
    According to my understanding it should not show a diffrent Value for a Day when i change only the Period from Month to Year and nothing else.
    Bus it does in some Cases and i dont understand why this is possible.
    Is there a diffrent way to count the Values from Monthly-View to Yearly-View?
    We use this Information for Reporting and therefor it is a Problem.

    Has anyone a clue how this is possible so i can avoid it ?

    Hi Roland,

    Are you setting the limits as number of agents or %?
    What difference is it showing?
    Do you use 'Set Limits'?

    Thanks for answering.
    We are setting the limits with number.
    The diffrence is shown by 1 more in the yearly view.

    Month shows 2 and Year shows 3 Agents that were counted. As i controlled the Calender items i could find one Calender item holiday for one of the agents that was declined. After i deleted this Calendar item completely, i showed the same value on both, year and Month on a level of 2. so the month didnt change but the year does. 
    So i could solve the problem for this specific case that we found but i can not be sure that there are not other cases.
    Therefor it would be important to understand why it is possible.

    Hi Roland,

    I can't see any reason why a declined time off would count toward time off limits, I haven't been able to replicate it in my demo image.

    I would suggest you raise a query to our product support team and have them investigate the issue for you.

    Thanks for your try with your demo image and the tip.
    Based on my experience, i don't belive that a support Ticket would solve the Problem, that's why I thought I would ask the Cummunity if anyone has experienced this before but it doesn't look like.
