  • 1.  PureConnect as SSO Provider for GC

    Recent releases have allowed PureConnect customers to take advantage of Genesys Cloud microservices for things like forecasting and scheduling.  2020 R2 also brought about the ability to use PureConnect as an SSO provider for GC.  Is that feature to make it easier for PureConnect customers to utilize future GC WFM features in the future?

    We have no plans to add or enhance Genesys Cloud/Connect microservices  moving forward.  Please stay tuned for further announcements later this year.
