Does anyone else hit their current forecast modification limit of 50 in Genesys Cloud?

We are really looking forward to this increasing and were advised it would increase to 200 this month but seems to have been delayed and the below item in the resource centre has been removed

    Thats correct Tracy,

Forecast Modifications will be lifted to 200 per forecast, we expect this feature to be released 16th June.

Thanks for the update and reaching out.

We always hit the 50 modification limit so the team is super excited for this to be increased.

Please keep us posted on the progress as we were told it was happening this month so tested it on the release day and then was so disappointed when the limit was still showing as 50.

    Thanks again,
    Anthony

    Good Morning Cameron,

The WFP team was super excited to jump straight into the forecast this morning and see how many mods they could make. Great news the 200 mods has been delivered today and we have decided we are all going to bake some cakes and celebrate as this is a huge improvement for our centre!

    Great news Anthony,

Just on product strategy. We acknowledge modifications are somewhat of a love hate relationship for workforce planners. Maybe even considered a necessary evil for some, especially in environments that are very event driven in nature. With that, the love hate relationship comes from the labor involved in managing these modifications and keeping it 'fresh' and up to date on a continual basis.

Our overall plan longer term is to focus on reducing the number of modifications that you need to enter through further optimization of our AI algorithms and an updated way of looking at forecasts. Stay tuned as we will be talking about some roadmap items coming up in the next few months - its an exciting time for the WFM product with innovations around forecasting and scheduling coming.
