    Hi!

Please could someone help me with a question?

I'm configuring WFM and I have a problem, because I used the "Maximum Shift Start Time Variance" setting, and I left the hours at 0, so I don't have variation from Monday to Friday. However, I figured the rule would apply to the 4 week period generated at the same time. Would you be able to tell me if to achieve this, there would be another way, not to create fixed shifts?

    Thank you so much

Currently the maximum shift start time variance option constrains shift start times within a week. For multi-week scheduling this means that the shift start times can vary, depending on shift start time window, a larger amount than the shift start time variance.

There is an idea on Ideas Lab that covers your ask: https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CLWFO-I-375

This enhancement would allow an option to extend maximum shift start time variance to span weeks for multi-week scheduling purposes - effectively being able to specify shift start time variance across weeks in a planning period.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I just cast my vote on this idea.
