  • 1.  Shared Transport Option Avaiable on Master Schedule Weekly

    ​​Good day All

    On the Master Schedule Intraday , the Option icon, allows the user to enable the shared transport column on the view below.



    Please advise if  there is a setting on WFM application to enable shared transport to be made available on Master Schedule Weekly on the Option icon.

    Hi Michelle,

    Unfortunately the option to view Shared Transport column is not available on the Weekly view.

    I would suggest posting it as an idea on th Engage Ideas Lab - https://genesysengage.ideas.aha.io/ideas
