As part of our product research we are focused on solving problems for all of our users as individual user groups. For example; Employees, Team Leaders and Admins. In this instance we are focused on those users who receive and handle specific notifications (employees and team leaders).
Our research in the past has identified a couple of interesting points:
- While some user types want to send notifications, not all user types want to receive them.
- What user group A wants for user group B, may not be what user group B wants at all
- Each user type has a different view of capabilities and also have differing sets of needs
While its great to capture all feedback in this instance we are specifically after that of the employees - you are welcome to on send the survey to team members - this would be very welcome.
This all ties back to the work we do on the

I guess my question is why Genesys would want to limit the responses they are getting. For my company, we don't have many people that are active in these communities...and the people that are active are not agents or supervisors, but we are the ones meeting with them and talking about what is working, what isn't working and what they need to better do their jobs. I feel our input would be just as valuable as an agent or supervisor. I'm sure I could change my answers so I would qualify for the survey, but that doesn't feel like the right thing to do. So I guess we just don't have a voice in surveys like this.

As promised, the reason is that only certain individuals are eligible to complete the full survey. The first few questions in the survey are screener questions, since we are targeting folks in an agent or supervisor-like role.
