    Hey Community Members,

    We need you help once again with our most recent Survey.

    About the survey

    • Research request submitted by Kylee Kasper
    • Focus is on WFM notifications
    • Objectives:
      1. Identify the value of receiving certain WFM-based notifications.
      2. Identify the preferred method of receiving certain WFM-based notifications that do and do not exist
      3. Explore controls and preferences for alerts and notifications.
      4. For Tempo users, understand the value of adding an Inbox to the app.

    And don't forget - if you are eligible to complete the full survey, you may enter into a drawing to win a $50 Tango gift card. We will draw 3 winners who will each receive a $50 gift card.

    This survey (anonymous) is to learn about your preferences on receiving alerts & notifications. This survey will take approximately 10 minutes of your time.

    Hi Jason,

    As promised, the reason is that only certain individuals are eligible to complete the full survey. The first few questions in the survey are screener questions, since we are targeting folks in an agent or supervisor-like role.

    Thanks Tracy,  

    I guess my question is why Genesys would want to limit the responses they are getting.  For my company, we don't have many people that are active in these communities...and the people that are active are not agents or supervisors, but we are the ones meeting with them and talking about what is working, what isn't working and what they need to better do their jobs.  I feel our input would be just as valuable as an agent or supervisor.  I'm sure I could change my answers so I would qualify for the survey, but that doesn't feel like the right thing to do.  So I guess we just don't have a voice in surveys like this.

    Thanks for getting back to us Jason,

    As part of our product research we are focused on solving problems for all of our users as individual user groups. For example; Employees, Team Leaders and Admins. In this instance we are focused on those users who receive and handle specific notifications (employees and team leaders). 

    Our research in the past has identified a couple of interesting points:

    1. While some user types want to send notifications, not all user types want to receive them.
    2. What user group A wants for user group B, may not be what user group B wants at all
    3. Each user type has a different view of capabilities and also have differing sets of needs

    While its great to capture all feedback in this instance we are specifically after that of the employees - you are welcome to on send the survey to team members - this would be very welcome. 

    This all ties back to the work we do on the Sponsor User Program

    Hope that brings some context.

    Hi Cameron, 

    Thanks for the context.  I guess my thinking is I would want to capture everyone's opinions on a given topic and then I would compared how an agent responded vs. a supervisor vs. an admin, etc., but I understand what you are looking to get from this process.
