    Genesys Announces Availability of Latitude V10 connector for Genesys Cloud CX

    Las Vegas — July 28, 2021 — This week at the ACA International Convention and Expo, Genesys announces the immediate availability of Latitude V10 connector for Genesys Cloud CX, enabling customers of Latitude Version 10 Service Update 9 and below to upgrade and take advantage of combining their Collections Platform with a comprehensive Cloud CX platform from a single vendor.

    “This is a game changer.” said Cris Bjelajac, Business Owner for Latitude by Genesys. “While our newest customers have been able to integrate to Genesys Cloud via Liquid Latitude, our long-time customers have not until now.  Many of them have heavily customized V10 environments and were not ready to make the leap to Liquid’s browser-based environment yet.  Now *all* Latitude customers can ditch their old and expensive contact center infrastructure, for Genesys Cloud CX which unifies customer and agent experiences across phone, email, chat, text and social channels.”

    Strategic Legal Group, a collections agency based in San Juan, PR recently committed to deploying the Genesys V10 connector for Genesys Cloud CX to all the agent desktops in their network.  The integration will enable Strategic Legal Group to efficiently launch and manage outbound campaigns and provide agents with a single interface for collections talk-offs.
