    Good day all!

    We are being hit with the Key Already Exists error.  With Exchange I know exactly what to do to resolve this, and I tried to apply the same removal of the most recent job and supporting features (Schedule, Transfer, etc) but the error message is still coming up, but now affecting an entirely different customer.

    When this error comes up in Job Manager, what is the best method to correct the issue without having to selectively delete jobs?
