Is there a way to remove the "Wait for the next agent..." message when a predictive dialer calls connects to an agent.

    The agent is already available waiting for the call. This message is causing a lot of customers to hang up because they realize this is a robo call.

    It sounds like you need to modify the in-queue flow to remove or change that message. Here's a resource article that may help:
