  • 1.  Architect - Each letter spoken individually without using TTS

    I everyone,

     

    I have a question related to Architect.

     

    Is there a function or another simple way to play each letter spoken individually without using TTS, like ToAudioNumber function for numbers?

    For example, on our contact center we need to voice a code like “ASD123” to a customer, so we would like to play “A, S, D, 1, 2, 3”.

     

    I thought of using a Switch Case Action for each letter (Inside a Loop Action). However, this will lead to a switch with over 20 cases, which, I think, becomes unnecessarily complex every time a code is presented….

    Hi Ana,

     

    We don't have a function to do that. User prompts and a switch action is the only way.
