  • 1.  Voicemail Inbox multiple page navigation issue

    We have a customer who has an issue with the voicemail inbox with multiple pages of voicemails- when they navigate from page 1 to page 2 and then back to page 1, the list that is rendered is still page 2 (even though they are on page 1)- so they are not able to move back to page 1 without a refresh. Our instance of PureCloud also suffers from this affliction. Anyone else?

    My organization encountered this issue last week, but it seemingly resolved itself overnight. We have not encountered it since.
