Are there Issues with Customer Care / My Support? I am getting the following error message when I try to login via Okta : "SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins."

    Hi Rogier,

     

    Since you're having issues with the Portal have you already opened a case with the Portal Admin team by sending an email here: customercare@genesys.com?

     

    I'll try to hunt down a solution for you too from my side.
