Greetings,
We have just received our Edge appliances on our client site and we failed to pair them.
We've been told that there's some issue with ur LCD supplier so instead of getting LCD's we have received instructions to pair them using an USB flash pen. We followed the instructions but nothing happened.
Later, we have also been told the this USB feature is very recent and that the Edges might have been shipped with a firmware version that doesn't support it. We were advised to manually update the Edge firmware.
Again, we follow the instructions on the resource center but when clicking the "Download Software" link we keep being redirected to the edge resource page and noting happens. Could someone help us please?
